WHEREAS, the RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CATHOLIC MUTUAL AID SOCIETY, located at Wilkes Barre, in the State of Pennsylvania, has filed in this department a copy of its constitution and laws and a detailed statement of its assets and libilities, and otherwise complied with the requirements of an act of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entitled “An Act Defining Fraternal Benefit Societies and their status, & C.”, approved May 20th, Anno Domini One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty One. NOW, THEREFORE, I, THOMAS B. DONALDSON, Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with authority conferred upon me by the act aforesaid, hereby authorize and empower the Russian Orthodox Catholic Mutual Aid Society TO TRANSACT BUSINESS AS A FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETY FOR THE YEAR ENDING MARCH 31st, 1923, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, according to the terms of its constitution and laws, and in conformity to the laws of said Commonwealth.
